Good ipod video converter?

Does anyone know of a good video-to- ipod video format converter. All the ones I see either, you have to pay for, or they leave thier water mark.

I don't know of any free software to accomplish that. For a pay site, check out CoreAVC.

This isn't a ton of help but I have the Xilisoft suite for my Zune I've been very happy with it so far and I know they make an Ipod version. I tried to find a free version of some kind of video converter but I couldn't find one.

Try Bink. It's not spectacular but I'm pretty sure it did the job for me.
