| I believe the spec is .1v, so 11.9~12.1v and so on, but don't quote me, and software is not always accurate, best to get a meter and check it at the power supply if you want to be precise. I use Speed Fan, it has a great charting tool http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php | ||

| Etiquette & English Gentleman | ATX PSU spec is + or - 5% of the nominal voltage, so 11.4 to 12.6 volts for the 12v line, 4.75 to 5.25v for 5v, 3.135 to 3.465v for the 3.3v line & so on. As $SOLID$ Necro already stated, monitoring software is unreliable - I've always found it tends to under read - so the best way to check is with a cheap digital multimeter; with your rig running, check the 12v & 5v figures on a spare molex connector (yellow + black - for 12v, red + & black - for 5v), and the 3.3v line on any spare connector with an orange wire for + & black for - . | |
