Seeing as how I paid nearly $50 for my dremel tool, that seems to be quite a bargin. Provided that all those attachments are included. Are they?

It comes from sears, it has to be ****ty. I have had really bad experience with products from sears, like their wrenches snapping while in normal use. O and dont get too excited over the whole saw.

That's like a Roto-Zip isn't it? Good price on it. Everyone is making one of those spiral saws now. Even Dremel. I don't think it will cut circles in metal if your planning on that though.

ya, thats a ROT)-ZIP g00d tool , can cut thru anything with right bit, Alot of companies including Dremel makes their exact same tools for Sears and just slap a Craftsman sticker on it and Sears sells em cheaper, great warranties on hand tools, they have excellent power tools as well I love sears and craftsman, hehe.

Edit, hmm , just read anti Craftsman posts, lol.
Its not the tool but the hand behind it,lol; Im a contractor and I love my Craftsman t00ls.Never done me wrong

i havent owned enough tools to know, but from what i have seen on tv and their little promo video, this tool set it a modders dream come true, cutting holes and windows in 1/10th the time it takes to dremel one, and if Bob Villa says its good, then i must be a retard for not owning one

LOL "if Bob Villa says its good"... Bob Vila is a moron. Everything I've ever read about him came to the same conclusion, that he doesn't know what he's doing. He surrounds himself with people who do know, and ended up making a name for himself. *still chuckling*

Okay, that said... I have a RotoZip that I haven't even used yet. It was a gift from my wife's parents. I opened the box when I was going to cut some blowholes, and found the destructions say it'll cut anything but metal. I imagine there are replacement bits available that will, but I haven't even bothered to go looking. My Dremel and a holesaw worked just fine.

I love Craftsman hand tools. I've had very few break, and when they do, Sears happily replaces them (unlike Snap-On who just gives you repair parts). Most of my Craftsman tools will be 10 years old in June, haven't broken any yet (although, when I know I'm being destructive, I borrow someone else's Craftsman ) Never been real fond of Craftsman power tools though, would prefer the "real" names (B&D/Dewalt, Skil, etc...) Same with air tools (Sioux, MasterPower)

Hey A$$ hoe. 'm brother,
Seriously, Try to borrow one of those, check out the handling.
they are great for work that doesn't require detail. They're like a
Dremel that hung out vit ahhhnolt, Kinda like hunting with a small nuke. impressive, but the game might get alittle bruised.
The bits are sold in packs of 6, I think, and kinda spendy and they do go through them...mine sits dusty in the bottom drawer.
peace out

I'll never buy another Craftsman powertool, never had any luck with themm unless you buy contractor spec, plus I don't like the monopolistic idea. Buy a Craftsman and you can only get replacements and accesories from Sears, buy Dewalt, B&D, or Milwaukee (my fave) and you can get accesories and repairs done anywhere. I've got a RotoZip (the ZipCut kit kicks@$$), a B&D RTX (beats the crap out of my dead Craftsman rotary), and my B&D jigsaw has been alive and kicking for going on 15 years(it's really my father's and he is more abusive on tools than I am).

Canadian Tire makes some pretty good tools, all their wrenches sockets etc, have a lifetime warrenty, one breaks, return it for a new one. I don' t know who makes their power tools tho. Im always in Canadian Tire, its like a candy store to me..(Dunno if the states have any Canadian Tires down there..)
