Lightbulb 24Pin vs 20Pin? Will it work with my setup?

Ok so it sounds Very Noobish but what is the difference between the 24 pin and 20 pin atx connectors?
I dont know if theres some kind of adapter or what.
I have a dfi lanparty Nf3 250 and want to get this Http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?Item=n82e16817154019

for a power supply. I know its not antec, but my video card is wigging out and defaulting to stock settings all the time now after my overclock. The antec i have now is a True 380. Which is nice, but with the new hardware, having trouble. i need only something to suffice until i get a watercooling kit. After that i will go with the NeoPower. I wanted this one because it has 2-12v rails. I like that concept. thx for the help.

Split +12 rail is a BAD IDEA that only gained traction because Intel pushed it and the PSU makers found they could make more profit on them - at least for a while. the only valid argument for it is safety. I would buy a good single rail PSU like a Zippy or a Sparkle FSP550-60PLG over a split rail any day.
