Should I get the Geil 1GB PC3200 Dual DDR Kit

I was just looking at buying the Geil PC3200 dual DDR Kit. I want to know if any one knows if I should get this or just get another 512 PC2700 or would I get better performance out of this Kit. Right now IÃ‚â€™m running AMD Athlon xp 1800+ 512 PC2700 with a MSI K7N2-L (MS-6570) MainBoard, SB Live, and Chaintech GeForce 4 Ti 4200

K, no.
Don't spend the extra money on the ram... The processsor dosn't support that big of a pipeline to take advantage of it. if you were running a intel processor it would be different, as the speed that in communicates to its ram is much "bigger".

here is a question though, how does Geil ram stack up to Cosiar ram? which is "better" and for what reasons?

That is a good quetion I realy dont know. but what i do know is that the mainboard I have has the nvidia's nForce2 chipset that utilize Dual Channel DDR and what i read on it will use both channel of DDR as one 128 bit channel.
