Default RAM clock Trouble

Hello all, I have a fast and simple question. i have some cheapo RAM http://pcwonderinc.com/noname36.html my question is that when the RAM is running at 400mhz windows seams to crash without waning. But while running at 266 mhz everything is gravy. This just started happening. please some help

Most likely the RAM is unstable from trying to run at speeds in which it just can't handle. You might try bumping up the voltage and see if that fixes it. If not try loosening the timings a little.

Just noticed your from Lake Arrowhead, I'm about a hour away.
