Default Beep! Beep! Beep!

I built up a computer, got it all installed and ready to go, it was working fine and now when I check it to make sure its all good, I turn it on and nothing comes up on the screen, I just hear Beeeeep! Beeeep! Beeeep!

I tried taking the RAM out and putting it in another slot, and then the beeping becomes more irregular, so Im guessing it might be the RAM. Unfortunately as the mobo can only hold 266mhz RAM and no more, I cant test it out with any of my other RAM...

Basically, the memory is ka****ed, yea? What puzzles me is that it all ran fine a few weeks ago. Hmm...

It's all parts from older computers... Old-ish.

The mobo is some old NEC thing. Im not sure the exact model. RAM is Samsung 266mhz, P4 2.8gig processor, 120Gig Maxtor Diamondmax HD, ATI Radeon 9000 128mb graphics 240watt PSU.

I gotta get this **** working coz Im selling it for a few hundred tomorrow. God help me.

I had this problem before. Turned out my ram was bunk. Constant beeps on a mobo with an award bios indicate ram or videocard problems. check your ram and try a different stick of ram in there and also make sure you videocard is seated correctly.
