i have noticed in the past that with the normal dvd/cd/ any kind of optical drive gets dirty. the tray itself, as it is out and about in the world, collects dust, and as the CD/DVD what ever sits and collects dust, and then goes into the actual player, the dust that is collected is then thrown around the inside of the device. so i guess what i am getting at here, is...does anyone know where i can find a slot loader dvd-rom/cd-rom/r-rw, anda DVD-r/rw....you know like the ones on a car. those have the nifty little bristles on there that clean the CD as it takes the CD in. also there is no CD tray to collect dust while it is open. so i guess i am looking for a slot loader dvd read cd burner, the fast ones......and a 16x dvd burner both slots. that would be great. i also think it makes the front of a case looks cleaner.

Have you checked newegg.com? I could of swore I saw one on there last week sometime.

i dont know much about slot load cd roms, but i do know that you will have a lot less dust on your cd rom tray, if you have a slight positive air pressure in your case

u mean put in another case fan as intake? i would still like to have a slot loader just cuz u don't really see that many around it is sorta unique i want to be the only person on my block that has a slot loader. which shouldnt be that hard i live in the middle of no wheres and i am the only person on my block. so i guess i will check new egg and see what i can find but if you wonderful people at pimp rig find anything on slot loaders, please post em and lemme know. thanks.
