Power Supply not Starting

I have a friend thats in a different state and he is building a new computer and he has everything together but the computer wont start at all no fans moving or anything, he already check the plug in to the mobo, the switch on the back is on, the wall outlet is good, i cant think of anything else.

no he has fuel enjected

John, a complete list of hardware would be helpfull. One thing to check off hand ---->

Is the CMOS jumper in the clear position? This will keep it from getting power.

whell i think it was that but BIOHAZERDPC helped him with that before i could, damn him.....

Is he sure the connector for the power switch is on the correct header?

LOL yeah all he had to do was connect the power button from he case to the mobo and then turn it on lolhe had no way to turn it on so he did not get any power.

Its ok Igf I had have been home I would have walked him through the process and would have never had a problem. It is working now so he is installing everything else
