Question Heathkit Digital Troubleshooting Kit

My mother found a Heathkit Digital Troubleshooting kit, model #ETI-7510; it's supposed to test 16, 24, 28, and 40 pin chips, apparently. However, I've never used something like this.

It has some probes which have red and black wires, which I assume is for hot and ground wires. I'm just not sure how to use it.

Anyone ever used a kit like this or have an eManual for it? I Google'd it and couldn't come up with anything.

Note: Sorry if this isn't the right spot for this thread, but I couldn't think of anywhere else to put it.

Thanks for everything, Cpl. I'll check into that link and whatnot, and hopefully find something!
