| I took the power cord out of the psu and took the battery out of the mobo and then put the bios chip in. I made sure everything was hooked up correctly and tried to start the computer. Nothing, it just turned the fans on. I don't understand why this is happening. | ||

| I tried that. Here is exactly what i did. Turn the computer off, Turn PSU off, unplug power cord, move cmos jumper to clear 2-3 position for 10 secs, move cmos back to 1-2 position, plug in power cord, turn on psu, turn on computer, Only the fans turned on. So then i repeated the process with a new hard drive, and still the same result. | ||

| Yeah, there are three corners that are 90 degree and then theres one that has a slant on it, so it only goes in one way cause the socket that the chip goes in has three corners at 90 degree and then one with that slant. I also tried starting it without anything besides the hard drives plug in, and still nothing not even a beep. | ||
