| Fuel Hoe-lio  |  Help setting up WEP I want to set up 128-bit automatic WEP from my 7004AWBR SMC Barricade "B" router. I have Windows XP Pro SP 2 with a "g" series (b compatible) wireless card in my HP zv5430us laptop My router wants a passphrase which can be any length and I choose automatic 128-bit I go to mess around with the advance settings in XP and it wants a network key which I thought was automatically assigned by the router. It never asks for a passphrase.. I know there is a simple solution to this but I have been banging my head for an hour on this one. Thanks, Greg | |
