HDD info dissapeared but still there. help

Hey guys. My 200gig SATA drive just vanished from windows after i restarted my computer just now. It says to FORMAT the drive as its unformated. I know this isn't the case so I went and got Restorer2000 and it shows that all of my data is still there with only a few errors here and there, but I can't restore my data for some reason. What's going on and how can I get my stuff back. This sucks cuz I was backing the drive up just as it happened. I have a 120 and an 80 backing up the 200. I got the 120 packed full and was going to switch to the 80 but then when i rebooted into windows the 200 was corrupt. **** I'm ****ed if I can't get my data back since it's been a while since I backed up. HELP Please!!!

What software were you using, and have you tried a new sata cable?

is the drive showing in BIOS, is the drive showing in disk management?

Warlock I stated I used Restorer2000. No I havn't tried a new cable, I'll get to that. Yes the Drive shows up in BIOS properly. Yes it shows up in disk management but as unformated. After scanning it in Restorer2000 the drive just dissapears after about five minutes, but before it does it says my drive is there. AGHHHH What's happening?
