| Apex Master Tech Apprentice | I was working on someone's computer, finished and unplugged my monitor from their system after shutting it down. A few minutes later I plug the monitor back into my system, and now it displays NO red. Every color is washed out, as though the red portion of the tube no longer works. The display is totally washed out. I've messed with the cable, jiggling it, plugging it back in, etc, but nothing worked. Any suggestions? I'll probably be getting a new monitor soon, but in the mean time I'd like to get this one fixed. Its an HP Pavilion branded 17" monitor. | |
