Hard Drives on sale at Best Buy

today i got a Best Buy add in the paper today, in there you can get a WD 7200 RPM 40gigs for 49.99 after rebates and a 120gig for 129.99 after rebates i think its a good deal so im going to go pick one up.

yeah maybe thats a nice price but the key word is rebates. i know that whenever i get a chance for a rebate i hardly ever send them in. its just too much of a hassle or maybe im just lazy

EDIT: "By the way one of the PimpRig Sponsors, www.Directron.com have some very good deals on hard drives. Plus the service is very very good. They have 120G for about $130 (plus shipping and handling but hey... no waiting for rebates.) 80G for about $100 or so but sadly the 60G ones are in the $90 range so it would be best to just get an 80G... And I am the first one to admit shipping charges are annoying but... Isn't it worth it to do business with a quality dealer? But good luck on your rebates hope there aren't in problems."

don't mistake these with the special edition hard drives that have the 8mb buffer and the three year warenty.

paying tax at bestbuy would probably even out to paying shipping. just a thought

Best Buy also has the WD 100gig Special Edition for $89.00 after rebates. Hope the rebates come in.
