Corn blu-ray disc...Heavy metal just got eaten.

Pioneer have developed the Blu-ray disc. Write once, stores 25GB...all the usual stuff...but its made out of corn....

87% natural and bio-degradable material was used, and pretty much edible....save for the near bullet proof polymer that even the strongest teeth cant shake a stick at.

yeh picture it: your on your PC 2005/6. Playing 24 hours solid, you havent eaten for what seems days. You look aorund longingly for edible material while given new players the headshot treatment. To save yourself form eating the screen, you pick up your cake-box of blu ray discs. Looking at the price tag doesnt flicker a single thought as you snap each one and beging the almighty munch.

Call the dentist and the hospital. Yours stomach and mouth gonna look like it just got Unreal Tornament-ed. But never the less, you showed that n00b what it means to be fragged.

Woah, didn't know these things were going to be made out of corn! I remember reading about the Blu-ray technology ~2 years ago, although never read anything about CORN being the prime ingredient!

thats sweet. i hope it acculay takes off, iv seen alot of tech like this that looks like it will revolutionize its industry, but only see like 1-2 articls on it then it goes dorment for months or years.
