Default newbie help question

Sorry to bother everyone with my first post here being a case/motherboard problem. This is my first time building a computer so please don't flame me.

I am currently installing an Abit Nforce 2 NF7-S mobo into a Thermaltake Tsunami Case (Silver with the side window) Everything was going smooth till I have to iplug the Power LED, Power SW, H.D.D. LED, and Reset SW onto the mobo. Now the thing that drives me up a creek without the paddles is the fact that the wires are different colors (blue/white; red/black; orange/white; purple/white ...... in the same order I post the connections) this is the question I know I will get beat for (pessimist here); which wires are the negative and which are the positive so I don't screw them up or my mobo?

the colored is positive and the white is the negative. switching the wires will not cause any damage.

Cool!! Now I can go about finishing installing everything and doing my testing. Just info to anyone curious, I'll post my old comp specs and to what I'm upgrading to (in a ways)

Old Comp

Don't know what crappy case this is in
P4 2.4Ghz 533 FSB
1 GB DDR PC2100
Radeon 9700 Pro 128mb AGP 4x
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer
Maxtor 80G HDD
Asus SA7

New Comp

ThermalTake Tsunami
AMD AthlonXP 3200+
1 GB DDR400 3200 Corsair XMS
Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb AGP 8x
Audigy 2 Plat

Only reason for the new comp was the mobo, vid card, and cpu was sold to me for $100. Bought from a friend right out of the box.

No his ass is not hurting but maybe his wallet. He bought the comp parts online but the person would not accept refunds or switching of parts. So my friend was screwed when he received the wrong parts for his new comp. He was extremely pissed. But he came to me since he knew I have been waiting for the right time to build a new comp, and he presented it to me. Btw.......day 2 on the new comp and I almost wanted to break my damn vid card installing an Artic Cooling VGA Cooler/Silencer. Piss of !@#$ ...... but it is in and waiting for Tuesday when I get my CPU Heatsink and fan, RAM, hardrive and DVD burner. Wish me luck.

Thanks. I have to say, I have been browsing and checking out some of ya'lls ideas and have to say, I hope to do some decent mods to my comp to make it "pimpin" Any quick ideas or tips would be helpful.
