No.

DDR2 will only work on the AMD 64 NFORCE 4 motherboards due out next month, there are no plans for DDR2 for ATHLON XP's

Get some PC3200 with Samsung TCCD chips CAS 2-2-2-5 at DDR400 and can run at 500FSB with looser timings..it's the best thing since BH-5

OCZ, Geil, Corsair, Mushkin, PQI, Patriot and a few others use it

& i see you post a fiew of them & it makes me remember my old 333 mhz PQI i was able to get 220 with that ram but not stable over 217 wich was pretty good for a 2700 ram
