CD/DVD DRive (SpEcIaL)

Does anyone know if there is a cd dvd drive whereyou insert the disc in like on a car stereo. That sounds really cool but i cant find one can anyone hook me up??

Look for "slot drives" - they're as rare as left handed halibut though. Haven't seen anyone sellin' em for the last year really. Panasonic used to make a few is all I remember.

well, if it's any help, here is a slot loading dvd burner that I plan on using for my mini-multimedia-pc..there are adapters available to make them usable with standard IDE..

Yeah, I was trying to sell my silver Aopen 1640 before....got some interest, but never sold it.

Google for Aopen slot load or pioneer slot load....
