Default Audigy 2 Platinum Pro Help!

Alright heres my problem....

The othe rnight I was a little wasted when I was messing with my computer I decided to take my cables out and organize them. But I wasn't thinking when I took off the IDE like cable for the audigy 2 drive and I ripped part it off the connector part of the cable. So now im out a cable. I was thinking of trying to see if a IDE wire would work but I'm not sure how to get out that little piece in the middle of the normal IDE cable so it will fit correctly on my audigy drive. Any ideas on how to get this little thing outta the connector? Do you guys think this will work?

IDE cable...sound card...hmmm you mean that pointless cable for the cd roms? Never used it, its clutter in your case. Keep that shizzle neat and organized. Better airflow...

of course mabey you used the cd-rom headphone jack....

The second link you have you have is pic of audigy 2 zs cable i believe, the cable i need is a ide cable but it doesnt have hte same pin pattern but is the same size, lemmefind u a link....http://www.barebonekit.net/mmBBK/Images/600217201.jpg, see the pins all the way to right of the card? there is cable that is the same size as a ide cable thats plugs in there and goes up tro my audigy drive that sits in cd bay. porblem is a normal ide cable wont work unless it has teh middle plug piece takign out of the end of the connector.
No one has any ideas....

Ask Creative Labs. I'm sure they sell parts to muffinheads that rip apart their hardware all the time.

Your word usage confuses me. So you ripped some pins off the audigy, or messed up the ribbon cable?
Seems like you screwed up the cable. If there is a cover over one of the connectors (on the ribbon cable) you can usually pop it out. Check all your IDE cables for one that will work.

How should I go about taking the cover of one of the pin holes on each end of a normal ide cable, im hoping a normal ide cable will just work.
