Noise Rating on a PSU?

Do PSU's have a a noise rating on the box?

Is the Antec True Power PSU quiet?

I am looking for a PUS that is quiet enough that I cna leave my PC run 24/7 cause I sleep like 6 fee from it. Only generic ones offered here, except the Antec True Power. MY current can be heard when watching TV in a room near 40' away!

I believe there are a couple PSUs on teh market that are totally fanless and noiseless. Check out www.QuietPC.com.

I've got a chieftec dragon, 5x 80mm fans in it, plus the 80mm and 92mm in the psu, plus the zalman 92mm HSF, plus the fan on my radeon.. and its about 8 ft away from my bed, and I can sleep just fine...

Then again, I kinda sleep with lights on (hey, the comp is bright XD ) and with music on too...

..just need to adapt a bit.

I recommend the Enermax noisetaker line. Excellent PSU, and very quiet to boot.

I can't buy online, since shipping is normally around $35-50US and I dont want to pay that. Although last night I slept fine, so maybe I can get used to it, I mean I can sleep on planes. But I'm going to look this saturday, and see if there are any that are marketed as quiet. Also, if I replace the fans and made my MOBO contorl them would that help? Cuase fans are dirt cheap here. Is it easy to replace them?
