Help with COM port please

Can someone tell me how to find my COM port settings? I'm having problems with my Matrix Orbital LCD and it says to check the baudrate on the COM port....???

In device manager..........select "ports"........then click on "COM Port"........second mouse button and properties. All settings will be under there.

You will want to restore defaults if you changed anything in the past, if not, adjust your COM BPS transfer speed to something higher, and your receive and transmit buffers to lower settings. See attachment.

I had a problem like this when my COM BPS was too low on my LCD, I raised it to 14400 and that was that.
