Default Any Suggestions for a new PSU?

I really need to get a new PSU. Currently, I'm using the stock POS that came with my case. It's a standard 420W supply, no frills. The main problem is that the 3.3V and 12V rails are consistently low. The 3.3V usually runs at around 2.8, and the 12V fluctuates a lot. I've never been able to maintain a steady VCore, and have basically given up on overclocking for the time being.
What power supply would you guys suggest buying? I'm looking at the Enermax Noisetaker series currently, as I have heard VERY good things about it. Keep in mind that whatever I buy has to supply a pretty good wattage considering that I have an internal water cooling system that runs completely off the PSU. Any suggestions?

Any Enermax Noisetaker that meets or exceeds your wattage requirements would be excellent.
The voltage rails are superb and stability is maintained with even the most hardcore overclocks.
I have a Noisetaker 520w in the rig shown in my sig. (2500+@2.53GHz)
Votage Stats:
vCore: 1.655
12v: 12.18
5.0v: 5.09
3.33v: 3.48

Did I mention it has an independent 12v rail for the motherboard in addition to the standard 12v rail?

But.... like all good things, it's got a good hefty price tag. Figure 200+ bucks for voltages to swoon over.
