Angry Major Vapochill Problem

This is something I had never seen before. Inside my case, on the vapochill hose, I found a small patch of ice. I see there is a hairline crack on the fabric of the hose. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Im sure you could do a quick fix it yourself or even fix it right man, but as much as that vapo system costs i wouldnt even bother. Send it in on warranty and save yourself the problem if it ever really breaks down youll still be able to send it in.

Do not walk, run SCREAMING to the phone and call them as fast as possible! This is one place I would not suggest DIY repairs!

Yeah, I'd call tech support first. But I'm sure that it's nothing that any refrigeration repair shop couldn't handle. You'll more than likely need to recharge the system. PM me later tonight so I can give you a link that Zen gave me on using a different refrigerant to turn it into a VapoXE system. Claims to gain (lose?) between 15 and 30C.

Thx for the quick response. Hopefully this vapo is still on warranty. I think I had it a year or less now

BigAkita, I'll PM you later on tonight.

Thank you for your recommendations.
