case mobo tray question

I'm mounting my parts in a new case, but it's one of those cases that has raised bumps in the mobo tray, so you don't / can't install the brass (whatever) mobo offset things.

I've never used one of these mobo trays ... is there anything I should worry about? I don't want to short out anything.

as long as they align with the mobo mounting holes everything should be fine.

Thanks folks ... I had assumed that since the case makers had put that feature there, it was therefore a tested method of mounting that wouldn't cause any shorts ... but I wanted to double-check.
