Default Two Power Supplys

Before I was just running a 8800 GTS 640mb With this: Newegg.com - Thermaltake W0099RU ATX12V 250 Watts (Peak Load: 300Watts) Graphic Card power supply 90 - 264 V CE and FCC certified - Retail

I still have it but now I have a 2900pro with 6 pin and 8 pin, Sens eI still want to use the power from my thermaltake would it screw things up if i Used the six pn from my thermaltake and then an 8 pin from my silverstone.

There shouldn't be any problem running both of them. Many of us have done so in the past.

I know it no problem to run two like i did with my 8800 gts, it only required a 6 pin for power.

I was using one psu on just gfx card.

Now that the 2900pro offers 6 and 8 ( I know optional but seems if I have it why not ) I didnt know if it would F things up or it would just be pure power over where it was coming from at least with that stuation.
