The morning after the night before!!

Morning! Well it is the morning after th enight before!!

What, I am in fact tlaking about was the rebuild of my pc with my new NF7-S MB and the resinstallation of windows and my software that went into early hours of this morning!

Whilst everything is working fine, my sound appears messed up, using the onboard sound, set in analogue mode, if i try and play back an mp3 it plays back waaayy fast. Any idea what this could be.

Bro had that problem with his old Athlon based on an Asus motherboard. Problem was the codecs, reinstalled windows and everything was fine.

It isnt the codecs. I reinstalled windows, and sound plays back perfectly through my soundblaster card. Have tried it with the nforce2 drivers off the CD and the updated ones from nvidia. I think it could be a hardware fault. Anyone have any ideas? About 95% mp3s play back funny.
