Default How Much Heat Is Too Much For An nForce4 AMD?

Just out of curiousity, how much heat is too much for an nForce4 Ultra for AMD CPUs?

I'm trying to make my computer quieter and I want to know how much I can slow down my Vantec Iceberq Copper Chipset Fan down without killing my chipset.

Well, stock the chipset on my DFI board runs at about 45*C-ish, so i'd imagine 55-60 would start to get into the red zone. It's about the same as a CPU...try to keep it below 50*C for the best lifespan and performance.
