*help* Bios

This is my first build, so be warned!

I'm about to finish building my rig and I need to know this:

1. Do I need to be connected to the Internet to download the BIOS or is their a BIOS on the CD from Asus???

2. I can't seem to get this Back Plate?(not sure what it's called

) off, do I just pull it off???

3. How much Artic Silver 5 do I put on the CPU???

1-yes you got to have the internet to get the update Bios for your motherboard

2- just push it in (take out the motherboard from the case first if not off already?)

3- it's an older guide but still it will tell you how to apply the AS5

Push the whole thing out??? B/C theres 2 screws.... but they refuse to come out

if you got 2 screws take it off but usely there is none.

see my pics on how to do it (a mod full tower not yet finish)

I've got same case (nice choice, BTW

). Take out the 2 screws and give it a shove. It should come out. I remember it being stubborn for me, too.
