Question ABIT NF7-S + GeIL 512mg 3500 DDR 433 or the same but duel channle

Thinking about getting an ABIT NF7-S for 123$ and free shipping
and GeIL DDR RAM 512MB PC-3500 433Hz newegg has it for 110$ free shipping

or GEIL 512MB(2x256MB) PC-3500 (433MHz) Dual DDR RAM
grrr doesnt have its own page like that this is neweggs info on it tho Specifications:
Dual Channel SPD Enhanced PC3500 Dual DDR 512MB. Special design for dual channel motherboard
Type: 184-pin DDR Memory
Capacity: 512MB
Speed: PC-3500(433MHz)
Voltage:2.6-2.9
CAS 2 6-3-3 1T
and this is 118$ +5$ shipping

just wondering if this would be a good combo (motherboard and memory) and which to go with the duel channle or just the single 512 stick(mainly duel channle or not)
and if anyone has any seggestions feel free

The last review I read on the subject gave dual channel operation on the nforce approx. 10% advantage over single channel operation on the same board.

I've got a NF7-S and Geil dual channel Golden Dragon 3500....it simply rocks.

Cow... you sound exactly like me... except I found out (cuz I'm stupid like this) that my water block uses the socket lugs... so, different board.. but ah well.

A question, does anyone know if the Geil PC3500 is better than the Corsair PC3200 or the other way around?
