Default Help with dual channel DDR

Hi, this may sound stupid but I can't figure this out. I have an ASUS p4p800-vm and it has dual channel DDR 400 support. There are four DDR slots on my board so I guess it's two slots to a channel. I ordered one of those Corsair twinX kits (two sticks of the same memory that are designed to run one in each channel for best performance) and I can't figure out which two slots to use. I don't have the sticks right now but I do have two sticks in my PC right now. I did read the manual but I can't make sence of what they're saying. I noticed on the board that the four slots seem to be grouped by twos (two groups of two), one blue slot and one black slot per group. Here's a link to a pictur of the board and the slots.

I would like to know which slots I should use for this memory. I am guessing that each group has it's own channel so I should put a stick in each blue slot, but I would like to know for sure.

Thanks

For the dual channel to work properly , matching sticks in the same color slots (channel).
