Try SiSoftware Sandra 2005 SR2

http://www.sisoftware.net/

Who/What is Sandra?
SiSoftware Sandra (the System ANalyser, Diagnostic and Reporting Assistant) is an information & diagnostic utility. It should provide most of the information (including undocumented) you need to know about your hardware, software and other devices whether hardware or software.

usualy oem compaines dont label the mother borads, for whatever reason. so you have to look at the manufacturer's site and they should tell you who manufactured the mother board. i know for a fact that dell, hp, compaq and gateway will tell you who was the manufacturer of the motherboard.

for refrence dell tends to use unmarked intel boards and hp likes unmarked asus boards.
