DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra B Problems....

ok. i installed it and i mounted the zalman cooler and got everything in and it powers up and everything runs. I noticed my video card fan wasn't moving though and it doesnt beep at all or boots to cmos. i tried clearing it and adjusting the cpu jumper but still nothing. any help is appreciated!

I tried switching vid card and the LED's on the 9200 flash but that fan doesnt move neither....

Were you able to try this card in another system?
If you have the diag panel hookup, what does that show?
Take it down the the basics: mobo, PSU, and proc. listen for beeps. if you dont get any beeps with memory out. try pulling the CMOS battery out, leave it for a day (set the CMOS jumper to reset of course) and plug in just what you need.

I have the same problem as in that the mobo wont get to the post or give any beeps no matter what i do any ideas anyone my set up is :
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-D
AMD (Venice) Athlon 64Bit 3200+ Socket 939pin 512k L2cache 90nm
2 Kingston 512MB DDR PC3200 400MHz CL3 Memory Module
Thermaltake 680 watt psu

HELP PLEASE !
