Default ASUS Tech Support REALLY Looking Into My Prob

Ok, as some of you might remember me having troubles with booting my Adaptec 1200A Raid card from my A7N8X board. Well after talking with ASUS tech 8 times I just found out today why it's taking so long. The guy I talked to once again couldn't help me with my prob so he went back and asked his senior supervisors if they could help. They said they remembered my name and info and they are really researching the prob. They told me that they ordered a board from Taiwan (can't figure out why they don't have one) and ordering everything that I have in my sys to see if they can re-innact the prob on there's. They've got my number and all my info and are making a very big deal about it because I've been shut down the first 5 times I called and my question wasn't even asked! And the past few times they finally started calling me back (their tech support is set up to call YOU back; you just leave them name and number). This must be a major flaw in the board and I may be the reason a new update will come out soon . Just thought all of you should know what I'm going through here! haha

thats awesome. so i guess youll be getting all new parts. nice deal if you ask me. it just sucks that you have to wait so long. keep us updated.

I've been gone for the weekend so sorry for no response. The tech support was pretty bad, considering it took them a week to finally respond to my problem, and now I have to wait MORE! But they're makin up for it I guess, and if they can't find the prob, maybe they'll send me new board ! Delux edition now baby, may have been good idea to get the cheaper A7N8X!

Here's an update with my case (not computer case but case number) with ASUS:
I justed got done talking with someone from ASUS and it looks like my case is now at lvl 3. Lvl 1 being a basic question for the tech people, lvl 2 being for the senior supervisors, and lvl 3 which is for the engineers!! So it seems they have found a real bug in this and everyone there knows my case and everything, even the people in Tiawan!! They still don't have an answer for me, but as soon as I get one, I'll be sure to update you guys!!
