i just wana know if it is a good mother board. cause i got one for free. and i wana know if i should get another one.

It's not a bad board by any means, it has some decent overclocking ability, 400FSB is possible on that board, but not much more. I would also think it probably reach 2.4GHZ and beyond with an unlocked CPU.

The new Abit NF-7S is a better choice if you are thinking of getting a new one, it supports 400FSB and beyond, the NForce 2 chipset has proven to be the best one for the Athlon XP.

It also has Soundstorm audio, firewire, and Sata HD capability

i need a junker i have a unlocked 1700+ i wanna play with.. heard they were the best before the 2500+ came out..

Not a bad board...what proc do u have...is it 400fsb? i mean yeah u could oc that board but they have thier limis... not bad for a freebie!
