What kind of keyboard are you using?

USB or PS2?

I remember having a beeping problem when I used a USB keyboard.

I've also stepped down to optimal memory and system settings and clocked back to 1.83ghz, made not difference, still beeping once a minute.

Cut the speaker wire...

Seriuosly, have you tried resetting CMOS? Possibly a Bios update (Back to stock)

How about reseating all your PCI cards, Video card and memory?

Just a guess, these things sometimes help fix "Mystery" problems.

I have two pc's in the same case, so the the pc beep is identical, i accidentally turned the other one on that has a bad case fan, and it beeps because the rpms were too low on it. Yup, dummy, o well, glad it wasnt anything w/ the new one.
