gettin a new mobo

ok heres what i got
1 gig pc 3200 corsair vs
2.8 800 fsb nortwoord
seagate 120
msi 5900xt

i want a new mobo.. dont really want tp spend a ton but is there anything thats a really good value for the money? any help would be great thanx

also im going to need a new heatsink and fan... any suggestions on those would be great too thanx

I can sell you a ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe, a Gigabyte GA-8KNXP (Rev 2.0) either one for 50. Or I can sell you a MSI 865PE Neo2 for 30.
