all web pics look blockie and some ads arepastel color instead of the correct colors .I know very little about computers so to help me would probably take a few.If you dont want to help i understand | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| O.K., first we need to get some questions answered... What kind of laptop do you have (make and model)? What operating system (Windows XP, Windows ME, etc.)? | O.K., first off, what we need to do is to get to the display properties. To do that, minimize any and all programs that you have running on the desktop screen right now. Once you see your desktop background image, right-click on your mouse and you'll see a menu pop-up. On that menu, select the option, "Properties". This should open your display properties. Click on the tab labeled "Settings". Once you do that, you'll see a couple of options for your display settings. You should see an option for "Color quality". This should be set to either 16-bit or 32-bit. If it isn't, go ahead and change it now. Let us know what happens. Rob | ||
