Neither. The NF7-S is more advanced and only lacks the uRetard chip found on AN7 boards.
Yes, uGuru's true identity has been uncovered as uRetard: Overclocking for moronic Retards.

The perfect AMD AthlonXP board is established to be the NF7-S, why try something
else with a load of other problems you may or may not run in to? NF7-S...

Sorry, this is either/or, not both/and.

DFI will easily surpass Abit's FSB, but for eventual core clocks, the Abt normally wins out. Even with volt mods, these things normally hold true.

here is something to try.....go P4 for a while. i did it after having a extreme (at the time) overclocked AMD rig. i am happy wher i am right now, and it allowed me to see how the other half lives. you should be able to get into a good board and proc for under 300 bones. something like a IC7 (not a max or anything, just IC7) and a 2.6C....should net you 3.4 3.5 Ghz....again just an idea....
