I just got a refurbed 2500xp from Newegg. I put it in my box and fired it up. I have all the multipliers unlocked. I checked the code on the chip, and it was made in week 47 of 03. I thought this was supposed to be locked. Not that I'm complaining.

So you actually tried booting with different multipliers and it worked?

AQYHA 0347 and locked.

AQXEA0347 but I havn't tried booting with different numbers. I'll try that and let you know.

The multipliers appear open on any locked chip, you should not have posted this thread before you actually tried booting with a changed multiplier. Asshat.

I changed it from 11 to 12. WCPUID says it's 11, but the internal clock increased from 2104 to 2205.

Edit: Nevermind..I guess it is locked. Damn your an insufferable prick Tek.
