Default Mobo Connections / Power Supply Connections

Hey. I am building a computer for the first time (P4) and have run into a couple of areas where I need some help.

My case is an Turbo Gamer (the Antec built ones that are used with the Alienware computers).

1) There are 4 cables from my case that I'm not sure where to connect on my motherboard. Here they are:
1 GROUND
1 +D
1 -D

2 GROUND
2 +D
2 -D

1 +5V

2 +5V

I'm not sure what these are.

2) I am having a heck of a time connecting the 6 Pin Auxilary Power Connector to my mobo. My mobo manual (Gigabyte 8IHXP) says to line up the 'tooth' of auxilary connector at a 45 degree angle and then insert the cable downward. I'm not sure what to align the tooth up with???

Thanks a lot for your help.

Info on Power Supply pin-outs, but not all boards use all PSU connectors, if it fits, use it, if not lose it (or wrap it up and stuff it above your PSU, but I can't stand having unused cables). I normally just desolder them from the PSU and pitch them into my pile of unused PC junk.

The 6 Pin Auxilary Connector is needed for P4s. I have the connection, I just can't get it to connect. The 'tooth' on the PSU's conector seems to get in the way. I'm not sure how to line it up with the mobo connector.

Thanks for your help. I actually had gotten if figured out already though. However, I still don't know what those other cables from my case are for. Any help on that?

do any of them have writing on them that telly you, such as SW LED, HDD LED, RESET, that kind of thing......if so, then your mobo manual will tell you where to put those cables....if i'm understanding the question correctly....are we talking about the LED cables, or just some other random cables??

playpool out.

The ones on my case for the HD LED, PWR LED, etc I got connected. It's just these 1 and 2 GROUND ones I'm not sure about. The case has 2 front USB ports...could they be related to these cables?
