OK all new parts and working P/S checked over all jumpers over and over.Check all connections but M/B does not even try to come on or start P/S when power button is activated.Even tried to just short power switch pins,When you cut on P/S not even that blip.I did remove cooler retention bracket in order to install Kingwin KA2995 heat tube fan cooler.Upon a close look the stock bracket had 4 white contact pads on corners of M/B.One of the 4 is a circle with 2 contacts in the middle do you think these were shorted before I removed the bracket.I do not want to try something stupid...I even tried removing M/B from case to same results.Any help is welcome,JO

OK checked over again and discovered that bios clear jumper must not have made good enough contact.Took it off and gave it a slight squeeze with the pliers and then upon return all was well.I was using a home made jumper switch with a old turbo 3 pin and it needed some adjustment(lol)silly me...
