Default Cpu clock random chages

i dont know mutch about clock speeds but on my system page my cpu reads 1.7 ghz one moment then i open it again and it says 2.3 does this mean a drop in voltage or something els?

It's a feature that get's everyone once. Intel has the same basic feature that get's
everyone once also :-) It doesn't make you any dumber than the rest of us, you'll
catch up and possibly surpass us all in time. killert is a perfect example, he was as
newb as you could get, now he's right at the Top of The Class :-)
