Bios Takes FOREVER to boot (about 5 mins)

Well last night my PC was fine, this morning my Bios is taking forever to boot, the bios will show and it will say
processor: intel core 2 duo ect ect ect

and it will just show that for like 5 mins, after the 5 mins then the memory check and everything else would go really fast and it would boot up at normal speed agian.

I updated the bios this morning to see if that would help but it didn't, im running a abit fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI.

Any ideas why its doing this?

Unplug any USB devices and see what happens specially hdds, thumbdrives, and G5 mice.

wow I feel like a idiot, I went all morning unpluging drives, tryind different memory, graphics cards, and a bunch of other stuff, and all I had to do was unplug my memory card reader....
