What mobo should i put my 2.4c on?

Iv been doing alot of reading seem's the abit ic7 has many problem's, that was my first choice b4 reading all the issues it has. I want a top notch OC'er any idea's on what the best board out there is? Im having a hard time making up my mind i do like abit, it just seem's that there intell boards come's up short when it come to OCing.

Abit MAX3 - my bro just got one and that's one helluvu sweet board...it's a bit on the spendy side though.

Abit has redone the chipset driver which has allieviated a lot of the problems that people were experiencing with those boards.

The Asus P4P is a good choice for a lower priced board...

Best Springdale:

MSI Neo2
Abit IS7

Some of the DFI lanparty gear looks good too.

Personally, I would go 865PE over 875.

My freind has the ic7 max 3 it's is a nice board and it has come down in price $179.00. I just wana know whats the deal with the 5:4 divider it seem to be holding alota people back on there OC's, is there any way of geting around it or do you have to settle with 3:2. PS thank's for you input guy's real

of you im going nutz trying to make up my mind.

I threw my sheet out that I had all my research on for my motherboard, but if I remember correctly, here were my top picks (factoring in price and features):

Springdale (865PE):
--P4P800 Deluxe (this is the one I bought)
--IS7
--MSI Neo 2 -FIS2R
--Epox 4PDA2+

Canterwood (875P)
--IC7-G
--P4C800-E Deluxe.....or something like that
--IC7
