In the bios, you will find a setting for CPU speed, and chances are it is in "AUTO"

You have to switch it to "Manual" and then it will give you the option to change the spped of the FSB and the Multiplier.

Each Bios is different, so they may not be named the same as above, but the function is the same, but you get the idea

I've got the n700-Pro. Bios are probably simular. from the upper left and going clockwise...open the advanced chipset features,
on system performance select "EXPERT". There will bw your CPU mhz. selector. Esc out then select
frequency/voltage control. There should be your multiplyer for CPU OCing. Sorry for the blurry pics, I'm kinda shakky today.

solid i have a ga-7n400 - L ... you are right about the FSB settings... its pretty hecktik when u want to overclock with this board ...

The multipliers are on the board called "CLK_RATIO" on the top whihc u have to play or look in the chart that came with the manual and then do the math and try that speed by setting up the FSB and the multiplier from the board.

press CTRL+F1 when u enter the bios for advanced info:

Set the FSB from Bios... then go to the board and turn the seitches!
