anyone know whats wrong with this mobo?

i found a mobo in the trash. its this mobo here. i have a 478 cpu to test it with, but when i tried testing it, it doesnt power on. the light that shows the mobo is getting power goes on, but when i try pressing the button nothing happens. anyone know what might be wrong or know how to test the mobo?

well i can tell you this much... if it is bad i can get it replaced under warranty.... i am a Intel Channel Partner... but the 845 chipset supports up to the 533 P4/Celery's. Some 845 suppoered the 800 FSB's but it was overclocked.

If you dont get it running PM me. I will see what i can do....

yeah, i knew that already, the processor is compatable. and what do you mean under warranty? the board is still under warranty?
