The ultimate player play J-Dogg asking for assistance from his fellow pimps and hustlers?

You bet.
I purchased a Biostar M7NCD 3.0 with NVidia NForce 2 as a board for my 1tb storage server, which has worked flawlessly, until now.
For whatever reason, the USB doesn't work, even in BIOS I have no voltage at the USB ports, and the AGP is screwed. To all hell. Any and all AGP cards, from a Voodoo 4500 32mb (Still collect em', got almost all) to an NVidia FX5700 Ultra, the system hangs when trying to boot into 32bit. However if I enable Safe Mode of
VGA mode, everything is fine.
I set the BIOS to boot from a Voodoo 3000 PCI (finally got one, been looking forever, they are quite rare) and it boots just fine, runs all the programs surfs internet etc. If I enable the AGP card, in this case, a regular NVidia 5700 256mb, the screen on the other monitor goes half black half red. Can't figure out why. I've tried all AGP modes, 2x 4x and 8x, I tried formatting and re-install of Windows XP Pro, latest ForceWare drivers (jul 26th) and I have tried multiple AGP graphics cards, from several generations. I also tried BIOS defaults it still does it.
Upon installing these AGP cards in other systems they work fine and I can rape nooblets in UT2004 all day on the 5700 Ultra (thank you Wordbiker) on another machine.
Am I missing anything or is this Biostar shot to hell?
