i dought that your ram can go that high
it would probably go around 460 (230) more or less but then again i dont know about ocz ram?

there is always the option to loose the timing on the ram to get it higher but in most case you wont get a better performance.

The RAM would run at DDR500 if the FSB is 200. I also doubt that you could run it. MY system won't even run it for some reason.

From my very limited overclcoking experience I have found that pushing the ram to far is just not a great idea, for the extra power you recieve its easier to put it up to a safe level you know works and lower the CAS latency. (if you can)

Well if it was at 3 before then 2.5 isn't all that bad, unless you've got really decent stuff then its a respectable number.

Ram is always a bit touchy, your never really guaranteed good stuff unless you spend a lot of money, sometimes you can spend more and recieve less. But I hope the stuff you get performs well.

Uping the ram to ddr500 would do NOTHING unless you run your cpus FSB at 250Mhz

i think i might have gotten better ram than i thought, its a stick of OCZ, and it handles 3.2v at 275, and i paid 50$ for it a year ago on newegg.

3.2v . Be careful, because if it isn't BH-5/CH-5, then you could fry that stuff real quick.
