| Apex Advanced Techie  |  CMX512-3200 or CMX512-3200C2? FUBARED Again! Okay did a late night fatigue affected purchase. Have a stick of CMX512-3200 that I wanted to match. Somehow I ordered (it appears my error   ) and received a stick of CMX512-3200C2. This is for BluHaz (the generic just will not OC)Per zipzoomfly CMX512-3200 (63.00): "Each module is tested individually in either an Asus A7N8X or P4C800 motherboard at DDR400 (200 MHz) Tested at 3-3-3-8 latency settings SPD programmed at 3-3-3-8 latency values" Per zipzoomfly CMX512-3200C2 (56.00): "Each module is tested in either Epox EP-8K3A and/or Asus P4S333 at 200MHz Latency: 2-3-3-T1 (one module installed) Latency: 2.5-3-3-T2 (two modules installed)" To return the C2 is a 15% (8.40 + shipping) restock and then an additional 7.00 for the price difference. With the 7NIL1's OC abilities limited (FSB), what would really be the "best" paring? | |
